I agree, money just created greed, anger, hunger for power.
Too many people are killed for money.
I saw a story on the news yesterday about 2 young boys that shot a baby boy 13 months old in the face, murdering him.... they MURDERED A BABY!! All because the mother didn't have money to give them!
What kind of SICK society are we living in? It honestly breaks my heart.

That would be amazing wouldn't it!? I think people would get along much better too. Wouldn't have all the stress and negativity too much money and power can bring.

Sort of like an amish community attitude but we get to keep our microwaves and computers and cars and all that good stuff... In a way homesteading is like that too. Sort of like farming on a really small scale but one could form a sustainable, off the grid community doing that .. Living w/o money .. wow what a dream.. i love it. There would be more togetherness and cooperation and fun and probably love in a way of life like that .. sigh.. person by person .. state by state .. mind by mind.. xox

Very well put b1mitu. It is so refreshing to know there is at least a few others who realize such.

It is interesting in Acts 2:44-47 and 4:32 that is how most early christians, as they became called, wished to live also.

Thanks Chromaticone! Yes we would definitely need to be rid of our government. Also people would have to become more unified and peaceful and want to work for the sake of working to achieve their needs and get things done. Most people are only at their jobs for the paycheck other than that they hate work. If you knew you had to work for your needs, to keep a roof over your head and food on your table it would still be the same as if you were doing it to earn money. Living off the land the way our ancestors did was a much simpler better way of life. native Americans didn't need money to survive and they did quite well living off the land and they were some of the kindest people you could ever meet and still are; also the wisest and most respectful. That is until the white man came along!

Good to see someone with a belief in personal responsibility, civic virtue, and modest lifestyle. This model of course can only be possible voluntarily and not through the government.

Please reflect on the amount for time it takes to do all those things . Thirty hours a day seven days a week . With money you pay for most of it and still have sixteen hours a day to do nothing . Think how much work there is to make toilet paper .
