Carpe Diem For Idiots

That is precisely what this acronym is: an idiot's carpe diem. Not only does it display the user's lack of education, but it reaffirms the stereotype of young people being toolboxes. It is not even used in the same context as carpe diem. Carpe diem is used a motivational phrase, while "yolo" is used to justify foolish behavior. Only an imbecile would stain his/her lips with this excrement of the digital age after needlessly sharing the most mundane events. Alas, I cannot recall the name of the young man who started this abomination of the modern lexicon, but I hope he fades into obscurity along with his disgraceful contribution to idiot culture.
