Right Now

I'm feeling lots of things in the same time, lost, weird, overcome, lonely, let down, angry at myself for not being able to cope. This can't go on like this.

I know where your at and its not nice:( Spend time with/talk to the friends you really trust. Just until you feel stronger keep your goals small. Everyone has gifts, talents and skills and you are stronger than you feel right now. Don't blame yourself be kind to you:) Remember no one is perfect, no one is always strong - its part of being human! Be true to yourself and take good care S x

I do too at times. And I get mad at myself for not being able to over come it
