Every weekday morning I dread my alarm clock...I always seem to realize that it's about to go off when I'm still asleep and when it does, it's like I already knew that.  Very weird but it's like that every morning.  Kinda like Groundhog Day with Bill Murray.  I usually say to myself that I will get to bed early that night but by the time night rolls around, I'm not tired anymore and the cycle begins again.  I'm a night owl.  HOOOT!!

That's a healthy curse to have. Having a rigid sleeping schedule is very good for your overall health. Sleeping the same number of hours every day and at the same time. May not always be fun but your body and mind love you for it :-)

Fear not the alarm clock of doom!! I get up at 5am everyday, whether I have to or not. IT SUCKS!!!!!! I can not stay up past 10 pm either. Its like someone put a curse on me..

I don't always catch up on sleep as much as I'd like to on the weekend. I usually stay up a lot later though so I wake up well past my usual alarm time.
