I Hate What Experience Project Has Turned Into

That's what EP has become. Meaningless. No one reads stories or comments anymore. No one reads blogs. The confessions are a playground for schoolkids, and it is filled with stupid **** and sex groups. People with no class use EP for titillation which the community guidelines clearly state is not welcome here. Political arguments and propaganda is all over the place. Religious groups peddle their ideology. As a woman I can't be open here anymore. The sex freaks pounce like rabid animals. I despise the freaks here who post **** openly like it's a **** site with no respect for others or the fact that there are minors here. EP is not as open and supportive as it once was.

Don't get me wrong, sex is ok. I am not a prude but sometimes things go too far and some things I have read are too filthy or sick.

  Yes I have seen some of those MRA idiots. I was under the assumption propoganda was not allowed here. No preaching either. Those men are sickos. There's a few that need to be kicked off EP. I don't know how EP can call this a support site when we have sexist and rascist groups here.

I'm a relative new joiner but I thought the point of EP is to be inclusive of everybody - from the trivial to spiritual, I've seen people talking about their deepest inner sexual fantasies and experiences, to girls getting really great advice and support on why getting pregnant at 14 is a really BAD idea. To horrific stories of rape and abuse..
So overall - not really in line with my own experience of EP so far, but obviously I'm a relative newcomer.

  There are many here who use EP as a pickup joint and there have been pedophiles here as well. It is supposed to be a supportive site where people express themselves and talk about things they can't otherwise, but like many sites, the **** industry found EP as well as predatory males who make unwanted advances and lewd comments. Also sexual fantasies were not the intent of EP on it's inception. Read the community guidelines and you'll get an idea of what the founders had in mind.

  Okay thanks, must admit I have no idea exactly what EP was set up for besides sharing of all sorts of experiences.. since humans are so inherently shaped by sexual experiences and desires I suppose that side being explored is inevitable, but that is a fine line between that and crossing the line into something else.
  It sounds like EP needs to be properly policed by administrators if it's become a real problem.

  They don't have the staff to do that. I try to keep myself safe from the dirtier side of EP. and by dirty I don't mean to say sex is dirty, but the perverted fetishes that involve animals and children and rape, ****** and violence. It's a bit scary to me.

You're right, there is a lot of nasty and silly stuff written that only trivialises the whole site. I think that it has a limited appeal and only talks to a small minority. I don't know how that could be stopped, maybe the best thing to do is to ignore it and report where necessary.

  True. When I said silly, I wasn't referring to the humourous type of silly, I meant the type of stuff that is so edgey that it makes you laugh. I'm all for humour :-)

I have noticed it has been getting a little bit rampant as well. Though i dont have a lot of problem with the sex freaks anymore. I did in the begining. I have still managed to find some good people and good stories on here though. Seems as thouh you just have to dig a little bit for them now.

  I don't have a problem with the vanilla sex pervs. It's the pervs that are way out there that make me nervous. I prefer romantic sex and classy sex.

  Ok. Yeah there are some like that out there. I didn't like the directness about their approach. At least talk to me a bit before asking me to help you **** it over Skype. Lol. Though i don't have a web cam so i guess that idea is no good either.

  I finally wrote my featured story after I couldn't take anymore and the silliness has dwindled off to next to nothing. Every once in a while someone says something stupid but not often enough to complain about it anymore.
