I Wouldn't Say 'hate' But...

Over the years I've battled with depression and one of the things my therapist suggested was doing yoga. I knew very little about yoga at the time and saw no harm in giving it a try. I did it every day for a whole year and felt exactly no better, mentally or otherwise. I know first hand that yoga doesn't actually do you any good.
