I Have a Big Fat Belly

I Don't Like My Belly Anymore :(

I don't like how my belly look sinice I've gained so much weight. A few weeks ago, my 7 year old son noticed my shirt was raised up and asked me a question. He said mom why do your belly looks like its sad or has a frown. I did not know what to say, but it was a wake up call for me to get healthy.

      I'm still dealing with it but with a different approach. I'm watching what I'm eating and just taking it one day at a time. I'm hope it works out for you.
