I Have a Big Fat Belly

How Did I Get This Way?

I have let myself go horribly, but the worst part is this big fat belly. Belly fat is the unhealthiest fat there is.

I am 5 4 and over 200 pounds, most of which is carried in my belly, sigh. I know what I need to do, so what is stopping me?

I know how you feel. I have also got very overweight (5'5", 254 pounds). A lot of mine is in my belly too. I have become so used to it that I wasn't really aware just how overweight I had become. I thought I was about 220 lbs so it was a real shock to learn that I had gone way past that.

I feel your pain. 5'4" 200 pounds waist at 41" and around the belly button 48". I know I need to get the weight off especially around the belly, but need a kick in the *** to get started. In 10 years I have put on 64 pounds. Talk about letting yourself go!
