It started out as a challenge to myself, and as following advice from a published writer. If you want to be a writer, you have to write. If you want to be read, you have to write something people want to read. If you want to know if people want to read you, start a blog.

So I did.

The name came out of my idea file, and yes, I really have one. It was partially inspired by a movie quote (Inception. Are you surprised?) that I paraphrased and twisted to make a point.

"There's more to it than just dreaming bigger. Dream classier."

She's got a decent number of posts that are actually about dreaming, some on writing no less, and the rest are defining who I am, my spirituality and beliefs, book reviews, and random thoughts. I like to think I've covered almost everything except politics, which I'm doing my best to avoid.

I started off with a post every day, then surprisingly found myself running out of things to say. I found the quality of my posts deteriorating so I took a short break.

When I came back, I cut it back to one a week, almost always going up Sunday morning. If I'm having an inspired or eventful week, I put the spare posts in storage, for a rainy day or a dry week.

It's going strong. I like to feel I have some dedicated readers, but if not, at least I know I'm being heard, or rather read.

I invite you to stop by and take a look. If the latest post doesn't interest you, take a look through my list of tags, appearing at the bottom of every page. If you don't see a tag that interests you, you're probably not looking hard enough. If you really don't see anything that interests you, leave me a comment or ask a question about something you'd like to know my opinion on, and I'll happily oblige (though you might not see it for a few weeks, getting new posts in the queue isn't an immediate process).

I look forward to seeing you there!
