My Ziggy

M y Boston's name is Ziggy. I got him when he was only a month old. His mother was eaten up by fleas and died. He was the runt of the litter and one of the only 2 to survive.  The vet told me to feed him baby formula out of a bottle for the month or so. Well Ziggy wouldn't take the bottle, he lapped up the formula like a cat.  He was the size of a beanie baby and fit into my hand. I should mention that I am only 5 foot and not a big person.  I took him everywhere and he preferred to sit on my neck under my hail which was almost to my hiney and very thick.

Well it is now almost 10 years later and this poor runt of the litter we rescued has definitely made his mark. He is a large Boston between 30 to 40 ponds. But he is not fat. Also he is spoiled and obnoxious and loved. He doesn't know he's a dog but he does know he's a boy.  My daughter is a teen now and outgrown her dolls and barbies, however before she did not one of them or any stuffed animal was a virgin.

Ziggy is my heart just like my son and daughter are and I am truly blessed with him in my life.
