thank you for your supportive comment, littlelullabies, and i'm so sorry to hear you're going through the same thing with your husband. i hope things do work out better between us now even though i have to be alone again. i've heard some encouraging stories about long-term couples splitting amicably and remaining friends. i have a lot of hope that ours is one of these.

thank you, Kris.

it really is ending for now, but i have hope for our friendship in the future as well... we never stopped caring for each other and this is what makes it so painful.

again, thank you.

*hugs*

I hear that the third time is the charm.

That is, of course, a long shot.

I can tell you that my wife and I have been through this type of thing many times. It would have to be more than 10th time.

We have that piece of paper and we both believe in it and that keeps us tied. Each time we learn something.

I guess what I am saying is that in the heat of the moment mean spirited words and bad choices occur. If you are both broken hearted and not happy with the situation, you could change it.

I would bet with her upbringing as a boy she probably has.difficulty expressing herself. It's a handicap that comes from being taught not to cry and such.

If life would lose it's flavor without eachother, then forgive eachother and make up.

If not and it's time for a new beginning then all I can offer is more. *hugs* and I am sorry you are hurting. Maybe a little pep talk....it can't get worse so it will get better....and it will. Time heals all wounds.

If you need an ear, I am here.
