I Have A Broken Heart Over Many Things...

over nearly everything that was most important to me. When I am struggling just to survive, I can't worry about you having abandoned me. I'm in too much pain to distinguish that pain from all the other pain. I was in so much pain over this past year that I had to use all my energy just to survive. I almost didn't. I'm still not sure I will.  Most of the time I don't want to...

But the second I can breathe a little easier and, for a moment or two,  not use all the strength I have just to hold on another day, I think about you.
