an't sleep for past half a year, Sleeping pills wont help anymore. Can't breath. I still love him sooo bad. Someone help!
He dumbed me because he had to move across the globe. And I guess he never had much feelings for me cause he didn't want me to wait for him and won't call or text. And I try to be strong and not bother him. I try to think if he didn't realize what he had that mean he wasn't worth it anyway.

  | Posted May 4th, 2009 at 8:29AM hi, I'm not sure i can help,all i can say is whereever this man went i'm sure he can feel you love him badly!and if he is/was a kind loving man he will be loving you right back wherever he is and i'm sure he'll want you to be happy and breathing reely without a care. here are some things i did when i seperated from my partner: -hot bath -meditation -eating -and last of all a comfortable surrounding where you sleep i found was most important,changing things around in your bedroom may help. Sorry if i wasnt of any help. I hope you get some sleep and your heart soon stops hurting.xx   |

I'm currently feeling that way/have been for a guy that broke up with me after many years together. Keep your chin up. What's meant to be will always find a way. You just gotta believe, but don't let it drag you down either. |
