Do I Make First Move

this is a good one.  There is this guy (my dance partner) he is really sweet and lovely. But the signals i'm getting from him i'm not sure what to make of them.  He has never asked for my number or out on a date.  After class we stand and chat in the car park for a while then we kiss each other goodbye and that's it.  I don't know if he is interested in taking it further or not! I am VERy attracted to him and i've made no secret of it.  However i don't know how he'll react if i make a move on him and give him a full on passionate kiss.  He is a little older than me but i'm in my 30's so it's all good.  We have a fair bit in common including walking and motorbikes.  What do i do! do i offer my number and just go for it or do i do nothing and forever wonder what if? so frustrated with myself its untrue.  Other than that its all good!!!
