Your life is NOT OVER!! I got a DUI two years ago and thought same thing. But I took the darn classes, had the interlock in for five months and then moved on. I got an apartment and an amazing job with the DUI on my record. I was just honest when I had background checks and admitted it was a huge mistake I leaned from. I will never drink and drive again. Think of it as a blessing in disguise that you didn't hurt anyone. When I got mine a girl in jail holding next to me had killed someone drunk driving. You will move forward and get past this. Learn from it!

Your life isn't over. I am not sure how it is done in Boulder, but here we have first offender status. Usually if you are still a minor it is only on your juvenile record and after you become and adult it cannot be accessed or used against you. In time the feeling of dispair will pass. It was a bad judgement, but not the end of the world. We have all made mistakes in our live and we all do learn from them. It is what you do with what you have learned that makes a difference. Also being convicted of a DUI is different that having the DUI taken under advisement. So just hold your head high and see what happens. Taking responsibility is the first step. Good luck....

DUI (Driving Under Influence ) is a serious criminal offence that result the suspension of driving license. When a person is driving or is in actual physical control of a vehicle within this state and is under the influence of alcoholic beverages, any chemical substance, when affected to the extent that the person's normal faculties are impaired; has a blood or breath-alcohol level of 0.08 or more.

If you have been charged with a DUI you should seek legal help at once from DUI lawyers.

Your life isn't over. Your life is trying to tell you something though. Thank goodness it was a cop that stopped you and not an accident where you hurt or killed an innocent person.

Listen and stop doing things like this. Today's a brand new day!
