I Have a Funny Story
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I'm looking forward to getting to know so many more of you here on EP. I love ya. This is more of a "cute" story, rather than a funny one, but I had to share it today.
My eight year old son is a great guy. He's a little nerdie some times, but that's cool with me. He's really into science, math, robots, chess, donuts and various other ventures.
The other day, I went to see his Space Presentation at school, and I noticed all these adorable turkeys taped to the hallway walls that the kids had made. Each one had 3 paper feathers attached to it to display the children's thoughts of what they were thankful for.
These were my son's:
I am thankful for my family
I am thankful for my health
I am thankful for amoebas(rhizopod protozoans)
