Fortunately

I work in IT for a good company. They're growing and have been doing well over the past few years although they had their share of layoffs. The area I was in wasn't affected however there was a time where we were leaderless - the boss was moved on to another position then he eventually left. We've got someone now who seems to be doing well in terms of higher management. My situation however has been a series of ups and downs. I wasn't sure what I'd be doing next however earlier this year I was able to get involved with a project that I like. I'm also working with some good people. I can leave for the day feeling pretty good about my accomplishments most of the time. Most important of all, I feel that the person I report to likes me and wants me to succeed too.
