A Wasted Life

My life is a joke! I never got a break from the time I was born and I'm convinced I never will! I believe if the wishes I've always had my entire life have never happened by now, then they never will. There's certain things in life that are unfortunately not meant to be and I happen to be a part of that minority. I may not like it and it may hurt me, but I have to accept it. Life is just not fair.

I feel the same. It's not fair because here we are in a world we did not choose, with a body and mind we didn't choose either, faced with choices we didn't choose to choose from and yet we've had to adapt to conform to the opinions and precepts of majority and it makes us feel like all is a superficial game of appearances.

Take it from someone who is a 7 year gang stalking victim and has been 'ghosted'. As long as you arent on a police black list or subject to gang stalking and covert harassment, you still have a chance. You need to find your passion and follow it.

"Your life is a joke! You never got a break from the time you were born and you never will!

Your wishes haven't happened by now, and they never will.

When you read that, doesn't that make you mad, hearing it come from another person? That's the message that's running in your head. The first step in changing your fate is to change this message. At 36-40, you are way too young to be giving up on yourself.

Why don't you try this:

"My life is just getting started. I may not have gotten any breaks yet, but that's about to change.

I'm going to start turning my wishes into goals and plans, and into reality, step by step.

Certain things in life are just meant to be, and my dreams are among them.

It may be tough, it may take time and patience, but it's going to happen because I'm going to make it happen, starting right now."

Please don't beat yourself up mentally. Maybe a counselor or therapist could help, you get moving the direction you want. You don't say what your wishes are, but you do need to turn your wishes into goals. And you can do it!

No, life definitely is not fair. Sometimes, it may be easier to let go of hopes, rather than continuing to hold them – although most comments from people on EP are along the lines of “never give up”.

if you don't mind my asking...what are the wishes you've had?
