I Need A New Routine

I have a morning routine and it's terrible!  Every night, I set my alarm for 6:30 am, vowing to get up as it goes off so that I'll have plenty of time to shower, dress, get the kids off to school and get to work.  Yet, every morning, I hit the snooze button as many times as I possibly can and end up rushing around like a maniac to get things done.  I often give my kids lunch money instead of making them lunch because I'm pressed for time (I know, I should either do this at night or have them do it, but that's another story!).

Ideally, I'd love to wake up early, meditate and do some kind of exercise before showering and getting everyone out the door.  So my goal is to have a real, intentional, healthy morning routine.  Soon...

When you get it all together, will you tell me how you did it?? I've been trying to get up, have coffee & news time, treadmill, then go to work -- for a YEAR now. I've only managed it sporadically. When I DO it -- it's great! You'd think that'd motivate me to keep it up, but noooooo..... <br />
