I Have a New Outlook On Lifete

 I am 49 years old and have struggled with my weight and self esteem for what seems all of my life.  When I entered my forties no matter what I ate or how much I exercised my weight continued to increase.  I am only 5' 3", so when my weight reached 150 lbs I decided to take control of my life.  I found a nutritional program that has helped me release 25 lbs and 37 inches (including 2 1/2 inches off each of my thighs) . I can for the first time in my life look at myself in the mirror and like what I see.  This program has helped me in so many aspects of my life.   Not only am I happy with my physical appearance, I have grown in self confidence and I am making new friends and enjoy life everyday.
