Last Day.

With the new year brings new beginnings, a fresh start to clear a way for better things to flourish. As the adage goes "Out with the old, in with the new" is well and fine for some but for me some old things will not be forgotten or given up on but I must move forward. New years resolutions always begin with "I will" but this year I have this feeling that burns in my soul to take charge and strive forward not wanting to stop till I reach my destination where ever it may be, and take in a journey that will most definitively define me as an individual. So after much reflection I have decided that this year will not be the year that I say "I will" but this will be the year that I say "I will not". and this will be the last day of my old life and the beginning of a new, brighter one because I will not let anything bring me down, I will not lose focus on my goals, I will not be a second choice, I will not hesitate to express my feelings to anyone. I will not let uncertainty dictate my actions, I will not let life and opportunity pass me by. This is the year I rise up from the ashes a phoenix ablaze with passion and dedication to all that I do in the coming year and I am ready.
