I Have A New Years Resolution
1. First of all the Golden Rule: Treat others like a want to be treated myself. I everyone had that as their New Year's Resolution the world would be a much better place.
2. Take it easy: I mean it's great that I'm back in school and singing in a pro-choir but I have to remember that I'm still sick, I still have a disablement pension, I'm still not as strong as everyone else and I never will be. Both the school and the choir should be fun, not a burden. Learn how and when to say NO.
3. Be nice to myself: Believe that I have the right to be happy, that I have the right to be myself, stop comparing myself to others and also try to care less about what others think and fear that others will judge me.
4. Live healthier: Try to lose at least 10 more kilos of my weight, do some kind of exercise at least once a week, eat healthier and only it candy on weekends or special occasions.
