eat healthier...

yes, i'm vegetarian, but most of the time i'm in a hurry and end up eating microwave crap...i have a new recipe book and i'm trying new stuff...so far i haven't completely failed...

get in better shape...

the past 2 years, i've trained a lot, especially since i've started training capoeira, but the thing is i don't feel like i'm living up to my potential..so i'm doing some (light) weight training and conditioning...we'll see how it goes



that's about it...nothing spectacular..
