My Mom

I am 29 years old. My parents divorced when I was young and my mom and I were always close, which is great.  The problem is my mom has fibromyalgia which caused her to become disabled, as well as chronic depression and low self-esteem.  Because of this, my mom became more and more clingy.  The first part is financial since she gets a lot less money on disablity than when she was working.  I live with her to help pay the bills.  I do not make enough to live on my own and help her with her bills.  If it was just that, I think this situation may be doable, at least for a while.  The part that especially troubles me is that she is dependant emotionally.  She complains that she is lonely, yet she does nothing to meet people.  I suggested she go on meetup.com and join some groups and could meet people that way.  She never seems interested in it, even though I have joined groups and met some really nice people that way.  She does play an online game and "meets" people through that, but none of these people are in the area so she will not meet any of them.  She has virtually no social life and when I go out (especially on a Sat night) she gets depressed and tries to make me feel guilty about it.  I will still go out, but I think she should be happy if I go out with friends.  I would be happy if she had friends to go out with.  When I talk about moving out, she gets upset.  My goal is to move out in a year.  I have a brother who lives 12 hours away who does not have to deal with this at all.  He does not even call my mom.  This makes it more difficult for me since I am the only one to deal with this. If he would move here, maybe the issues with my mom would be relieved somewhat. I feel stuck.
