It Helps Me :)

I normally have a really hard time with public speaking

but i've found that removing myself, mentally, before i speak really helps :)

you don't have to go full-on meditation lol

I start with just relaxing myself in my chair, focus on breathing (evenly and slowly) from my stomach, maybe a few discreet shoulder rolls, and run through the basics of my presentation. Be careful to run through the presentation ONLY - not what might happen or how you or the audience will react :) (easier said than done - i know)

I admit, i still feel nervous

but my nerves don't effect my speech as much when i relax before presenting.

So imagining the audience naked doesn't seem to work :) i get nervous giving a presentation to only a few people :/

i cant relax at all my heart beats faster and faster also english is not my mother lang <br />
i wish dying than delevring a speech to 66 ppl <br />
