Honestly....I call it a non-accent.

Ask anyone....they'd have NO idea I was from the South.

    I turn mine on when it suits me. Sometimes people are more cooperative when I let the drawl come out than they are when I use my "office" voice.

    People accuse me of being from somewhere else too. I will slip into a local accent when very drunk or extremely tired. Istillspeakfast.
