I Have a Story to Tell
Dana and Annie are colleagues at office. Both successful in their respective areas. They are both young working women
Dana is a project manager, very process oriented and dedicated.
Annie is a Human resource manager at the same organization. Dana is reserved, very professional and sensitive.
Annie is playful at the same time organized and sincere person at work. She is cheerful all the time, can make Friends pretty fast.
They both are lunch mates, they solve employee problems together, they like to hang around each other. Annie is the real reason behind their friendship, caz she initiated the call. The charming in her character can attract anyone - Dana was not an exception. Dana likes Annie because she is a little childlike and a happy person to talk to and share feelings. Dana always in her mind felt why she wasn't like Annie carefree and happy...
Annie likes Dana because Dana can talk about any topic, be it spiritual, management, philosophy or art... For her Dana was a good company to have an interesting conversation and a truth, a plain truth in Dana's character always attracted her.
One main difference between Annie and Dana is, Annie is has a style of her own, Dana is plain in her look, she doesn't take any efforts to look different at all.
Usually at lunch, Annie and Dana used to talk about their college days, spirituality, love, crushes, break ups, food, getting fat, ice cream, bosses, dream and of course their life.
It was one such, Annie and Dana was talking to each other... Annie a lot time used to criticize the girls around her, the way they dress up, the vulgarity and all. Dana always is a quite listener as her opinions are limited and mostly to herself...
As a tall good looking girl crossed by, Annie and Dana looked at her, Annie being a HR started saying, "Look Dana, that girl has no sense of dressing - one day she dressed up so badly with vulgarity, she was warned by her supervisor. Man I hate her". To which usually quite Dana replied, "Annie you know what, you consider everyone beneath yourself, they aren't good looking at all for you. But for me everybody is good looking than me. Attitude is what all matters, Fact can be ignored, your attitude makes you the prettiest in your mind, My attitude makes everyone else pretty in my mind".
Annie understood the deepness in the sentence and the thoughts... They understood as people they have so much of difference between them, but something a sisterly bond holds them together.
Dana realized something which she found in Annie, thats Attitude.. With attitude anything any problem can be made simple, be it the physical beauty, a client presentation, a emotion, a failure...
