It doesn't happen often anymore, moreandless once a year, but I know I have a temper.  When I'm furious, there's no way for me to hide it.  I literally tremble and I'm sure my eyes kill.  I don't mind about witnesses nor about consequences.

My wrath can be triggered by a seemingly innocent incident or a word.  A bomb just needs a spark.  Indignation is the fuel of my holy rage.

Fury can be purifying.

oh, yes off course, it builds up over time. Every incident adds fuel to the explosive devise until at a certain moment, there's that spark. Your therapist was right, I think.
