I Have A Weird Phobia

Ok my weird phobia is Agoraphobia , i've had this since i can remember , it stops me from doing a lot of things i would like to do but the symptoms are to much to handle so it controls my life , and sadly nobody understands this problem of mine.. its my deep dark little secret don't get me wrong i did try to get some help but even that was one big challenge... and didn't change anything.

    I understand how it is so you are not alone, my fear of spiders and insects has taken over my life too. I got obsessed with polishing and am checking every room when I walk in and looking to see if there are any. I get panic attacks if I see one and start freaking out if I see anything spider related, webs and such but also fruit in plastic bags now too and that makes shopping really difficult. I am waiting for therapy but I found it really hard last time so gave up... I am going to stick at it this time though no matter how hard it is. It's the only way to not live scared anymore ((((Hugs btw I know how you feel)))
