I have a phobia of being touched on my tendons under my knee and my Achilles heel. It just freaks me out so much and I feel so sick. I once saw some guy get his tendons ripped out on a horror movie and I burst in to tears. If I even think about it I feel sick and my bodies tingles and I can't let anyone near me. I hate it! Does anyone else know anything about this or know anyone with it?

Oh my gosh I have the same problem!! And it's getting worse... I can't even think about it or talk about it.. I can't touch anyone else's either.. I feel like I'm going to vomit.. The back of the knees are the worst but I can see that I'm starting with the other tendons.. I was just wondering if this is a phobia.. it's restricted me from doing certain exercises at the gym that involves something behind my knee.. or when I wear certain jeans and walk up stairs it's horrible.. I don't want to be like this... I don't know what to do either

I have the same thing, but mine is focused more on my wrists and the inside of the joints of my fingers. It's terribly inconvenient to be afraid of a good portion of your own body! I have heard of other people who had something similar, but not quite as severe as myself.

i am always getting laughed at in school and i did not know if it was just me or what. People know i hate it when they write in pen on their wrists. (yuuuck) they still get the urge to rub it in my face though. Thanks for helping me find out im not alone :D

urgh, me too - tendons are horrible! freaks me out if i can see them or if someone touches them
