How To Categorise Humour?

I laugh at stuff a lot mainly because I try to be a happy person. I love comedies on tv but I can't categorise my sense of humour.

Some people know how to do this themselves I just don't know? Is it dry? Or maybe situational? Maybe it's blue?

I don't know. All I do know is it's weird.

I laugh at American sitcoms such as Friends, two and a half men and Frazier all the time and no matter how many times I see then its still funny.

And I'm the same with British sitcoms birds of a feather and the vicar of dibley.

Pauline quirke is fantastically funny.

My top comedians are Joe pasquale, jimmy Carr, Russell Howard and on odd occasions I even find Peter Kay funny and Michael McIntyre.

But what style is that? Some of the tv shows I mentioned have sex related jokes in them but does that mean my sense of humour is blue?

I've never known and maybe I never will - all I know is I laugh at things that none of my family find funny.
