The Mix of Two Opposites

I'm Estonian as well as Russian. Estonian language is soft & volatile, whereas Russian language is harsh & angular. To put them together creates whatever I have. People tell me all the time that I have a very pretty accent & none of the times I know what that means. I can't hear myself & when I've heard myself speak on a recorder, I don't like how I sound at all. I guess other people hear it their own way.
