I have been reading a very good book called 'Release from Anger - Practical Help for Controlling Unreasonable Rage', by Joe Griffin and Ivan Tyrell. It is written from the Human Givens approach. I hope to go to a Human Givens therapist soon, for a little extra help. Apparently (looking at the Human Givens website) it only takes a few sessions (2 -4, at the most 6) to get cured of all sorts of emotional problems, including anger.
