AND MHW THAT IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME AND LOTS OF THERAPY, I'M GETTING TIRED OF BEING SO SCARED.

My son had the same problem and at first I did not know how to deal with it. However, doctor finds out his sympathetic and parasympathtic nerve imbalance is the cause. He ran a HRV (heart rate variability) and SDNN was too low. Parasymthatic value was dangerous low. He now on Omega 3 (Extract from Perilla leaves) to increase this value. Adding B5 & Vitamin C. All these ingredients are natural and can calm your nerves. Maybe you would like to try it. My son saw the result in 3 days..... GOD BLESS!

I was like that for awhile. You can't really focus on getting well because you're wonder what the hecksgoing on. Try to do something you like, something easy and small. Don't worry what anyone thinks, take it easy and relax as much as u can. No stress it helps.

hopefully the meds will kick in soon and give you some relief, i know how it feels being anxious all the time its just plan scary. I spent hours just pacing up and down my back garden which kind of helped. Anyway when the meds start calming you down maybe you can find the help you ned to work through the reason your so anxious.

I definitely know what that feels like. I went years not being to go anywhere or do fun things with friends because of my anxiety. In 2000, I started taking Paxil and it helped tremendously. There are downsides to antidepressants, but I can certainly say that it helped me.
There are no words to help someone with an anxiety feel better...believe me, I know :-)
One thing that helped me a little was trying to figure out why I felt so much anxiety. My fear was that I was going to throw up...so I had to sit at the aisle of the end in theaters, I had to know where the bathrooms were in malls, things like that.
You know what? I never, ever threw up. I was preventing myself from going places because I was afraid of something that never happened!

The doctors are right it will take time. Your body needs to adjust to the medication and depends on what you are taking it can take a few months. Just keep it up! Everything is life is temporary! EVERYTHING!
