I had a short period of binge and purge history while I was in high school ( that was like 15yrs ago) and recently last year when I got promoted to a new position I started stressing out to a point I started that bad habit again. After all these years !!! It's only once a week but I am scared it's going to take control over my life so I started running , taking yoga classes anything to divert my stress or whatever it is triggering this. So far it's working I think... Let's see.
