Well...had Anyway

When I was 8 I had a very vivid dream of an intensely bright light descending from the sky and landing near me. Out of the light there came an alien who walked over to me. He was a few inches taller than me and had gray/green smooth skin. He was hairless, and his eyes were set higher on his head than ours and were a little bigger. I couldn't tell what color they were...it was like they were a part of his skin, but separate from it as well. His uniform was a deep blue with a black and red on white insignia on the right arm about half way between his shoulder and elbow. He came within a few feet of me and stopped. He smiled and greeted me by name saying "Hello A****. My name is Yahoo." There the dream ended.

I woke up happy. From that moment I knew my new imaginary friend Yahoo would be there for me. He explained to me over the months that he was from Sirius C and his people were sent from time to time to visit us and sometimes befriend us. He would listen to my problems, offer advise and play games with me. When I was 10 he left me. He said his time was up and he had to return home. I was heartbroken, but I understood. I never heard from my imaginary friend again.

Imagine my complete surprise 15 years later reading an article on the Dogon people in Africa and how they have known of Sirius B and C and have legends of visitors from the Sirius star system going back thousands of years!
