    mm ;) .. hey .. dont try too hard on not doing it agen , maybe focus more on doing sumthing more constructive or even to begin with .. self distractive ;)



    counting usually works .. counting and breathing takes alot of focus actually *lol* ;) hang in there Lu



    also .. so ive been to like a psychologist or whatever theyre called .. theyre called .. external third party help *lol* .. i just invented that sentence now *LOL* .. for sumin similar .. jus tryin to help ya stabalize easy stuf while ur younger , so that u have more time n space to enjoy other awsumer stuf as u gro ;) .. also .. psychs r expensive .. 2 sessions n i couldnt afford more , i told himat the beginning so he said , we'd better fix u fast then *lol* ;) and i guess he did .. help , I think God and faith in , helped the most .. ;)

    I'm trying to find new ways to express my anger, you didn't offend me, I knew when I wrote that that I would get something along that line, and accept that. What I did was wrong, I'm trying my hardest to find a way to make sure it doesn't happen again

    hectic .. sorry : judgement : slapping , physical , getting .. lets call it .. tricky ..



    its not like i cant understand being upset enough to shift into physical , more of i know , and have experienced the consequences ?.. um further life dangers .. etc ..



    let's put it this way , the fact u know , expresses ur conscious , also conscious of ur choices , that when u do stuf its by choice ..



    itd be a good idea to make a bad habit of reminding urself that u dont need to be in Control , a bad habit of relaxing ur muscles and tension when u want to express whats inside as a physical movement , make a bad habit of counting to 10 and breathing , make a bad habit of asking God to remind you that He's there with you currently ..



    ? i hope i didnt offend , coz i dont want to offend , just wana express that it has its point of being a signal that maybe u need to find a new way of outletting before physical sharp movements become a bad habit ul be trying to clean up later . :| *hugZ*
