What Should I Do?

I HAVE SUFFERED FROM SEVERE ANHEDONIA FOR OVER A DECADE NOW. SADLY; THE ONLY RELIEF/PLEASURE I HAVE FOUND WAS IN AMPHETAMINES...IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY OR MAYBE SOME KIND OF STABLE AMPHETAMINE RELATED MEDICATION THAT COULD BE SATASFACTORY?

Strenuous excercise (heart racing, sweating afterwards) releases chemicals similar to the effects of amphetamines. Must be repeated daily - even for a short time (I run daily for thirty minutes). Does'nt cure, but it helps mitigate.

Are you still alive? I'd like to talk to you.

When did the anhedonia start? Did you suffer a trauma? Do you have a depressive disorder?<br />

I also suffer from this due to what I think is partial brain damage.
