    Try yoga to calm yourself. Do something slow like Tia Chi or just relax and read a book. I am going to drink some warm milk and read tonight. If you cannot get control of this then see a doctor. I think most of us go through some kind of panic attack at one time or another. The modern world is pretty stressful. Try doing something that is calming to you.
