The best thing to do is clear your mind and focus on you're breathing. It helps

It was so hard to clear my mind, I can't remember what I was even thinking about exactly, and I felt as if I was gonna die, like someone took all the oxygen and I was still trying to breathe ._.

You have to try though. Sometimes it doesn't help but others it does.
