Fellow Anxiety Sufferers:

This is something that I discovered by accident when I decided to take blackstrap molasses for my anemia. It calms me down. I was on the verge of an anxiety attack just now when I took a tablespoon of it, and over the course of fifteen minutes, I began to feel a lot better. It loosened my chest right up and took the shakiness out of my limbs. Some people on the internet have also reported that blackstrap molasses works for their anxiety. Of course, this could mean that my personal anxiety symptoms are the result of a nutritional deficit. You never know. If it doesn't work for you, at least you'll get a good whopping dose of iron and calcium.

the first times I had anxiety attacks I tried to bring them down with candy, chocolate bars and stuff like that... I just made them a lot worse (maybe it's the sugar rush and my hypertension), but have never heard of blackstrap molasses, I'm definitely going to give it a try soon :)

Thanks, can't hurt to try!
