Struggling Not Really Dealing

The slightest thing can bring on a panic attack no matter how much I try to breathe and meditate my way through them it just doesn't happen.  I especially hate when I have them when my son is around as it takes all my energy to get through the attack and keep my head straight for his sake.  I have being having them more frequently lately which is making me incredibly tired and irritable ... need to work on minimizing the triggers.

a woman i know had these in the past. she worked with a psychotherapist for a year and she learned how to deal with them.
