I am from a very small town and have always been shy. When I was 16 I met this guy. We dated on and off for 4 years. He was mentally and physically abusive. That is what brought me to have a lot of anxiety now a days. I am now with my fiance and we moved away from my home town (to the city -.-) for more job opportunities. It has done nothing but made my anxiety worse! I am now afraid to leave my apartment without my fiance. Just thinking about going for a walk or just going to take out the trash makes me have a mini panic attack. I always think well what if someone sees me and judges me, or makes fun of me. :/ I hate this...

I am very sorry to hear that you went through what you did! Just remember that you are strong for coming through and you have the ability to get through upcoming struggles as well.
I agree with dicavill as well :) Definitely seek help from family, friends, or a counselor. Sometimes, all we need is someone to listen and understand us.
You're not crazy!
Inbox if you need someone to chit chat with :)
best xo

I would suggest you see someone for your growing agoraphobia. Rather nip this in the bud than let it grow to the point where you push your fiance away because trust me it has that potential to be a demon that can consume your life. I can't really tell you to think "f*** what anyone else thinks," because it isn't that easy. Talk it out with someone, get some medication if necessary but do it quickly! Sending positive thoughts your way right now!
