Mostly Controlled

I really am not too bothered by it. Only certain times of the year. I always carry my rescue inhailer just in case. Just about a month ago I had a sudden attack. This is rare for me but I keep my inhailer close to be safe. I had a friend to die from an attack and I don't want to take any chances.

Even mild asthma can have severe consequences. I mine was upgraded from mild to severe asthma about 7 years ago.
