I Have Asthma

But I Can't Complain.

I have asthma but I am also a smoker so I don't really have the right to complain about it. I do plan to give up smoking but I am pretty sure the damage as far as my asthma is concerned is done.

    Quiting smoking is real hard the first week then the cravings lesson. I quit afetr almost 15 years for medical reasons like you. Hang in there!You can do it but it will be hard!
