I have attention deficit disorder without the hyperactivity.  They say it runs in the family.  I pretty much believe my dad has it too.  He feels and sense things just like I do and we are mostly always right, lol.  We both care very much about our surroundings and people but we also have a temper, lol.  I have told I have my dad's character...I don't know if that's true or not.   

Sometimes, I think my hubby is A.D.D. It can be, he only has some traits and nothing more.  I can be wrong!  If he would be, in a way it make sense cause the majority of Adder's tend to get along well with one another and understand each other well.  If he is or if he's not, we have a connection on many levels.    


The more I learn on A.D.D. and the more I tend to smile cause it is really me.  I cannot believe it!

    I have add too. I cant focus well at work. I take straterra.I also have anxiety at work also.

      I know exactly what you're talking about. :( How is strattera working for you? I was prescribed strattera, never took it.

    i have only ever got on really well with others like myself ive been reading through these and see myself in nearly all of the things written i have known since an early age that i thought faster than those around me i also move a lot faster as im hyperactive too the only problems its caused is from the way i have been treated by so called "normal" people

    I too, am without the H. I have had the same experiences when reading about ADD. There is something comforting in knowing you're not the only one out there like that!
