I Have Bad Mood Swings

I'm Running Through Them Right Now!

Ten minutes ago, I felt depression creeping in.
Now I'm feeling rather happy.
what's wrong with me??
I think my mood swings get crazy when I am denying a great feeling of some unwanted emotion inside,
so my heart/whatever it is that protects my feelings, just covers it all up with a twist and turn of different emotions.
Wonder what's coming up next.

    i think i have too tbh :
    i'm so distracted i try to kick something sometimes so i can keep my mind in whatever place i'm sitting in !
    i have ups-downs , confusion , numbness

    and i dunno who am i supposed to tell , because ... well i'm quite aloof in my house
    but back to you !!

    Yeah it must, and here's what's next!! Sarcastic!! I am feeling very sarcastic and well, like attitude. Like slamming people. Not a good mood!!

    I am getting irritated, I don't want to slam people, LOl. Yeah, i guess it happens to everyone.
