I was born with a swede back. That means that my lower back, around my waist, is curved in. It looks like I am sticking my rump out but I can't do anything about that. I have terrible back pain most of the time, so to get rid of this pain, I slouch. I am consciously trying to correct this but I do find myself slouching when I am on the computer most of the time. It's a very hard thing to fix though I am working on it, day by day.
