Lost 20 Pounds In 3 Months, Best Feeling Ever!

I was fairly over weight for the last 5 years, I'm just coming into my 30's and have found it more and more difficult to lose weight as I get older. I've tried dieting, exercise - like 600 calories a day and swimming 5 times a week! But still couldnt lose the weight. I am now 20 pounds lighter and still losing! I have more energy and feel great about the way I look! My friend Kerry lost 40 pounds in 3 months too, and she's still on a roll.
