Paying Tithes Is Un-biblical And Theft From God's Blinded Children

For one thing through my past earlier years when I did go to church I gave many thousands far above tithes to churches and building funds along medical research, feed the children, midnight call and just far to many causes to list. Since then things have changed because when one has no funds to tithe with its impossible and God knows that. And with that the church is the active body of Christ and not a building to support; and when one comes right down to reality and prove all things; God's requirement to pay tithes in the New Testament can't be found. And that is because God wants you're heart, mind, body and soul to love, honor and obey Him as a lively stone and not your money as the dens of thieves who collect it today and use it not with Christ as the Head. The fact is with my heart and character of God I went through over a hundred thousand dollars giving and helping and tithing. But by God's decision and not mine I was placed by Him half way around the world in the Philippines over three years ago for His reasons which have brought us very close together; so close that the words of John 15:18-20 say it clear, but the natural mind will not understand. 1 Corinthians 2:14

Now with my faith at extreme levels with inner peace even though as I write my life has been full of difficulties with absolutely no care or any help from brethren; God has taught me to look only towards Him and never through man, his doctrines or his traditions that make His words of none effect. Mark 7:6-13

So for the most part God has shown me a world of religion that has not the heart with love as claimed because to be a Christian means to be one who follows Christ. Therefore what God sees is people with no roots to hold when the raging storms arrive while being hypocritical and judgmental with whatever their thoughts may lead rather than the commandment from our Lord in John 13:34 on how we are to love each other as He loved us. Yet I am here where I am and living how I am living for God because whatever is, is what He wants, so I never question Him. What I do is live only for Him with absolutely no other life while speaking only truths for no gains. Have you're shepherds taught you that by not keeping God's commandment there will be no blessings for the tree of life? Read Revelation 22:14 while remembering that God is not the author of confusion with words for man to twist, change and redirect their meanings.

When any individual is in one of man's buildings today for the Sabbath, does the pastor or shepherd give to one in his congregation who is in great need from his own personal funds as an example for all to follow? 1 John 3:16-18, 4:7-8 are but few of the most important words of God that are never taught; therefore most all who believe know not God in His Spirit of truth because without love how can God be known?

Another comment says. . .
I don't like religion either, that is part of the problem. What is your perspective on the churches that use their funds for feeding the hungry and such?

That's good to feed children and the hungry, but often for a cover up of where the funds really go. If you took great churches from coast to coast and worldwide; and there were people as members in the congregations that wanted to see the church books on where tithes and offerings went; get real because none would be allowed to see where their tithes really go. Of course there are exceptions, maybe, but they are still only the buildings that don’t follow the Head of the Body through obedience. And you're genuine love from the heart is what God looks for, not your wallet like the wolves in sheep’s clothing. People say, well who is going to support our church? Church means a group of people and not a building of man, and God's obedient flock of overcomers is little and few. Luke 12:32, Matthew 7:14 Only God can be you're teacher Proverbs 2:4-6, Isaiah 28:9, James 1:5, Hebrews 5:14 and not man in the flesh who is led by the spirit of error. 2 Corinthians 4:4, Ephesians 2:2, 1 John 4:1, 6, Revelation 12:9

A very heavy thought with truth.

It’s also as the words of Paul “Prove all things”. Ask any Sunday church person to prove where God says to worship on Sunday and it can’t be done because it’s completely impossible. Ask any church person to prove where God says easter bunnies lay colored eggs to put into candy baskets; and to dress your children as biblical characters to honor Halloween. Ask church members to prove that easter was not a mistranslation of the Passover, because it was and is not in the Bible as taught. Also Christ was resurrected on Saturday, and that can be proved, but I am not going to write all the facts to closed minds that just believe man rather than God.

Welcome to the reality of a deceived world with the raging storms approaching. We are to live by every word of God, therefore what we do regarding our lives, beliefs and actions must be justified by God’s words of truth. Deuteronomy 8:3, Matthew 4:4, Luke 4:4

So I challenge all to ask your shepherds to justify all that they do and teach; and you will find you do exactly as God describes in the words of the blind leading the blind because there is no justification other than what the mind can dream up that’s not written.

Lets take a closer look at what God says or does not say about what you pay in tithes, because only God is the way and the truth and not the bellies of man.

God uses the word heart or a form of it about 996 times in scripture. The words tithe, tithes and tithing are used about 50 times and only 5 of them are in the New Testament.

Out of those five one is a parable in Luke18:12 about a Pharisee who our Lord was very much against as hypocrites as in 11:39-44. In this verse about the Pharisee stating of all that he does with puffed up pride, the publican who had nothing smote his breast without even looking up to heaven saying, God be merciful to me a sinner; and the result was that humble man was exalted. The other 4 verses pertain to Melchisedec in Hebrews 7:5,6,8,9.

Want in depth research about tithing and how its wrong?

Want to Please God? Read Matthew 25:31-46 and ask yourself if you are a sheep or a goat. Look closely at James 2:13 while asking yourself how much mercy you have shown to others. Read Proverbs 21:13----then the reward for no care in Lamentations 3:8, 43-44

And most important is Proverbs 1:22-33 because it was written for all today who want God's mercy. . . .

Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart. Psalms 26

There is no hiding from God, so who you truly are by your hearts intent will determine your fate. Hebrews 4:12-13, 1 Samuel 2:3

In my writing below is just as you have seen because the huge massive buildings of man only suck the money from the innocent as people are dropping dead and homeless worldwide. So as they all sing to God, for every word another drops dead because the high dollar buildings of man are far more important than life itself. Thanks Ruby

Hello whereismyharmony, you just keep your mind right on the correct track where it is because God is a God of love. I wonder how He feels about all of his money being used for building upgrades and fleshly needs when on the average, 1 person dies every second as a result, either directly or indirectly, of hunger - 4000 every hour - 100 000 each day - 36 million each year.

Does God want His money put into man’s buildings with great fleshly value that could have saved millions of lives? Does God who is only a God of love want everything that is His to be used for useless purposes? Have church goers ever given thought to the facts that the larger and more beautiful the property and the buildings of man falsely called churches may be, the more people that have suffered and died because the funds given to God were used for the glories and pride of man? God Almighty wants what is His to be used with love for all in this entire world who greatly need that love because each second someone dies from any one of the many uncountable ways of death with no love or help to be present that would have meant their life rather than death. So the next time you are within one of the buildings of man worldwide that all preach doctrines of different spirits and gods, just remember as they are singing hymns to glorify God that someone dies for every word that is sung; and ask God if that pleases Him?
Thanks for your comment harmony

I like this. The church I've been going to is bilingual, and has a men's home for those addicted. I have been clean almost 2 years from a Christian rehab so I know how expensive it can be because the state does not fund anything to do with religion. This church tugged at my heart. But every service tithing was always brought up to the point where I felt we were being condemned. The members of this church are poor. Half cannot even speak English. A lot of these members bring food for the men's home or for the little events that go on there. Or just volunteer and give their time. I had a talk with a member saying I don't know how I'm supposed to tithe when I don't have a job. My mother pays my school loan, phone, electric, rent, gas...not to mention I have medical bills pilling up. How am I supposed to tithe out of that with out getting more into debt? The Bible says to pay your debtors. They are first before anything. We are to owe no one. Basically what I got was, that I was to rely on God and give to Him first wether or not I lose my home, my car, or (go to jail cause I can't pay child support - then the church would never see any tithing cause half the population would be in jail - just an exaggeration) It was His to bless me with and His to take away. Now, I got a little attitude thinking I'm not supposed to break this rule God made right? Well, The Pastor and his wife are over weight. The Pastor is like 300lbs. Isn't that a rule of God's too, gluttony? And tithing is in the old testament. We don't go around slaugtering pigeons and lambs do we? We tithe now to help out as much as we can. If the church isn't getting enough money to go around, maybe they should try anouther route. I haven't been back since and I don't know how to tell them how I feel.

I appreciate you’re words more than you could know because when one become a man of God and only His truths with full devotion to only Him as complete life it gets very lonely, and Christ says exactly why in John 15:18-20 with the reason in 1 Corinthians 2:14
You’re answer to Matthew 17:24-17
This story is of the only time the temple tax came up in the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ. Most all Christians will never hear the meaning of these verses as long as they live because what’s said is highly incriminating to those who teach the tithing of money to the Church:
"And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Does not your master pay tribute [Greek: ‘pay the double drachma’ which was the exact amount of the annual Temple tax]?
He says, Yes [Peter was embarrassed and apparently not honest with his answer]. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him [Greek: ‘prophthano,’—‘to get an earlier start of,’ ‘forestalls’ or ‘anticipated him’], saying, What do you think, Simon? Of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute [taxes]? Of their own children [sons] or of strangers?
Peter said unto Him, of strangers. Jesus said unto him, then are the children free.
Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first comes up; and when you have opened his mouth, thou shall find a piece of money [Gk: ‘statar’ –the exact temple tax for two]: that take and give unto them for Me and thee" (Matt. 17:24-27).
What an amazing story! What a true teaching of truth from Scriptures we have here! No wonder most Christians have never heard this Scripture explained in Church.
The reason Peter said "yes" to the tribute collector is because it was embarrassing to Him to say, "NO, my master does NOT pay temple tax." It was such a small amount of money (less than a dollar). But now Peter has to go into the house to give Jesus an appraisal of what just happened. Jesus being merciful to Peter does not reprimand him for not being honest with the tribute collector, but rather, cuts him off [forestalls him] before he can speak and saves Peter the embarrassment.
The point is this: Jesus did not pay temple tax because Jesus is the King of the kingdom. And if the children are free, certainly the King Himself is free.
And you’re answer to
Mark 12:41
And Jesus sat over against the treasury
the Arabic version reads, "at the door of the treasury"; the place where the chests stood, into which money was put for various uses: there were thirteen chests in the temple F4; six of them were, (hbdnl) , for voluntary oblations, or freewill offerings; for what remained of the sin offering, and of the trespass offering, and of the turtles; for those that had fluxes, and for new mothers; and of the sacrifices of the Nazarite, and of the trespass offering for the leper; and the last was for a freewill offering in general; and into one of these chests, or all them, was the money cast, afterwards spoken of. The Ethiopic version renders it, "over against the alms chest"; but this contribution in the temple, was not for the maintenance of the poor, but for the supply of sacrifices, and other things, as mentioned. Jesus having done preaching, and the Scribes and Pharisees having left him, and the multitude being dismissed, he sat down, being weary, and rested himself in this place:
and beheld;
with pleasure.
how the people,
of all sorts, rich and poor,
cast money into the treasury;
into one or other of the above chests: the word rendered "money", signifies "brass", which the Jews call, (twem) ; for they had shekels of brass, as well as silver; and brazen pence, as well as silver pence F5; and also "prutas", or mites of brass F6; and such, the poor woman cast in:
and many that were rich cast in much:
they gave very liberally and largely, as they were possessed with much worldly substance; for though religion was at a low ebb with them, yet they took care to support the external and ritual
Mark 12:42
And there came a certain poor widow
Among the many that came to offer their gifts freely, there came one that was particularly taken notice of by Christ; and she was a "widow", had no husband to provide for her, and was a "poor" one; had no substance left her by her husband to support her with; very likely she was an inhabitant of Jerusalem:

You’re words such as these below show a high level of spiritual intelligence.
“There are no freebies in the world, with the exception on Jesus gift of salvation. If truth be said, even that is also given with certain stipulations of living for Him and turning from the old way we had been living, that caused our need for Him. People go overboard with the idea of what "free" is sometimes. They think they should be able to do, say, think, act, etc. anyway they choose, without consequence. They soon learn, hopefully sooner than later, that this is not true. There are limits to everything but if you understand truth, you understand that these "limits" are not real limits because it all comes down to choices and happiness.”
And God has chosen me as one to only spread His seeds of truth for Him to water for roots or to harden by what He sees within all hearts that He knows so deeply absolutely nothing can ever been hidden by words from the lips that are not within the heart. Hebrews 4:12-13
Great tribulation is growing near, and all the preachers of man to God are but the blind leading the blind. Only God can be an individual’s teacher of truth because God says so, and He is not the author of confusion. 1 Corinthians 14:33, Proverbs 2:6, Isaiah 28:9, James 1:5, Hebrews 5:14, Psalms 118:8
God says that shepherds don’t feed their sheep in Ezekiel 34. He also says that for the iniquity of prophets and priests much righteous blood shall be shed meaning the blind sheep lead into the ditches. Matthew 5:14
God says the doctrines, commandments and traditions of man will make His word of none effect in their lives. Mark 7:6-13 But man just plain chooses to follow man rather than God, and by my other writings you will see just how short time has become.
Thank you for you’re words and I hope we can become friend’s in the truths of God because just on the subject of tithes there is solid proof against them in verses all through the entire Bible. Ant “THY WORD IS TRUTH”
My friend Raven,
I do humbly appreciate your comment and understand your words, yet when one individual comes to understand God deeply through over eighteen years, the further from man they become due to the fact that person has no other life whatsoever in any way other than God for heartbeat and His words for blood flow. Christ says it best in John 15:18-19. God has always been; so who supplied the needed funds for Him to build the universe? Like to help the poor and the hungry? I am the same way which is why I now have nothing from once having much. 1 Kings 17:8-16 teaches us that it is faith that is the supplier. Through all of my many writings you will come to learn that I am a man of the lowest caliber that right now has much less ten cents with God as my witness. My life is one very difficult storm for the past 3 years from every direction and has been that way even though thousands have read my words from God and my need for what ever crumbs can be spared for needs in total sincerity.

I am where I am as a tool of God because I see the world as He does, and the churches of man as He does, with the shepherds as He sees them all and those flocks within just as He does see them. So rather than write what few believe because they are only the words of God with proof by scripture that few believe because the doctrines of man are different. I will with all my heart and faith in God ask you to read about my life in My Dedication to God, and the story I wrote last night in I am extremely distant about the flesh and the spirit.

Please drop me a note when we can talk some as I look not for enemies; but friends and brothers that I have not yet found after 18 years with God and the past three being a time of great growth to glorify only Him through my kept faith in hungers just as Paul in 2 Corinthians 11:27

God may not believe in or need religion, or in church, God believes in us. We stumble and fall, I suppose if we do that in church we'd expect someone to help us up. Why else assembe people together than to call them to take care of "the least among us?" Tithing is for the sole purpose to take care of widows and orphans and times of drought and famine, Isaiah. Life is far too meaningful to spend it away from the spirit who moves through us all, to be shared if in a park or in a church or a mall or a barn yard.
Thank you.

The greatest story ever told are the realities of life with the true story by God that few understand. Without love which is a commandment by the words of Christ in John 13:34, the meaning and the value of love to God in 1 Corinthians 13:2, and the loss of blessing for breaking the commandment that will bar you from the tree of life in Revelation 22:14. Yet all of the religious world see is the outside and what their lips say while forgetting that God sees the inside because everything is naked and opened unto Him. So love in words lacking intent God sees. 1 Samuel 2:3
So not just the church building is wrong, the paying tithes is wrong, but the shepherds that don't feed their flocks is the worst wrong that will shed much innocent blood from the blind leading the blind. Ezekiel 33:31 shows how God see in the church, 34:1-2 is how He sees shepherds, and Lamentations 4:13 will be punishment coming on priests and shepherds.
